I've downloaded ILLUSTRATOR 24.2.3 manually not from CC because I'm using Adobe Zii (cleanly after deleting the old version) funny enough it's the only application in. Lightroom Version. One trick you could possibly try is to create a new (temporary) catalog and enable sync in that catalog. Then when it's done, switch back to your normal catalog and switch sync back to that one, and throw away the temporary one. Just take a backup first. Uninstall Lightroom Classic / Cloud using the Adobe CC app. Reboot the computer. Reinstall Lightroom Classic / Cloud using the Adobe CC app (or Lightroom 1-6 using your original disk). Reboot the computer. Pat yourself on the back, go make a drink, come back and see if the problem is solved. Try a new catalog (Classic).

Lightroom is now a native Apple M1 app:
